Gel Group was founded in the early 1990’s on a commitment
to provide strategic recruitment advice to employers and understanding
and direction to job seekers.
It’s founding directors were recruitment industry professionals
with an enviable reputation for their honesty, integrity and
forward thinking – ideals which still hold true today.
In developing Gel Group, it was their specific aim to better
utilize the extensive hands-on skills they had developed over
more than 50 years combined as senior managers in the commercial
market, project management and human resources.

The RCSA is a not-for-profit association designed to uphold
the professionalism of the recruitment industry and highlight
the substantial benefits to employers, job seekers and contractors
in dealing with an accredited member.
All RCSA members must adhere to a strict industry set of ethics,
ensuring that every candidate we represent has been personally
interviewed, thoroughly reference checked (where possible),
screened for professional and technical competence and, when
required, given a psychological appraisal.
The RCSA is recognized by the Federal Government as the recruitment
industry’s peak body.
